Trainees welcome

Ever thought of a career at sea? Why not do it in a nation with a sea-faring tradition of centuries? Management Facilities Group is continually looking for motivated and ambitious young people who are serious about their future in a maritime job. We understand that young people who are just setting out on their careers have little or no experience. This is why we have decided to take an active role in providing relevant experience by providing job training places. As such, we are a certified training company. We welcome Dutch, Russian, and Philippine trainees to our organisation for both nautical and technical jobs.

What we want to achieve is a situation in which we train our own Masters and Chief Mates. Not only will you have great career opportunities at Management Facilities Group, we want to take it even a step further: When you have worked for us as a trainee, we will also guarantee you a job in our company once you have completed your education.
